- Bags must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Custom or personalized bags are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

- We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for sending your item back.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
